Learn About Our Attorney - Cheryl Crenwelge Sione

Cheryl Crenwelge Sione grew up in Fredericksburg, TX. She was heavily involved in FFA, 4-H, and other youth-led organizations.

Cheryl earned her bachelor's and master's degree in agricultural economics from Texas A&M. While completing her master's degree, she was offered an internship in Washington, DC, where she spent almost a year working with the Soybean Association, lobbying on farmers' behalf in Washington.

After her internship in Washington, Cheryl was accepted to study law at Texas Tech University. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence and went on to work at a small firm in Post, TX. Her next job took her to Samoa, a small island in South Pacific, where she worked for several years. She also married her husband there and gave birth to her first son.

In 2000, she came back to Fredericksburg and became an associate with the established law firm, Dooley & Hoerster. Her strong work ethic led her to be a partner in what became Dooley, Hoerster & Sione. Eventually, the firm split apart and she went on to start her own firm right in the Heart of Fredericksburg.

She has remained active in the community, volunteering frequently with 4-H, Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, and the Gillespie County Fair. She and her husband are currently raising their son and daughters in the town she grew up in.
